I believe it’s because people don’t think they deserve the blessings and the good things. People think they’re not good enough. When you ask someone

what they really want, they usually answer with a list of things they don’t want.
Life is like a boomerang. What you give out, you’re going to get it back. What we believe about ourselves and our life is going to come true for us. If you

keep telling the Universe what you don’t want, how can it give you what you want?
After years of individual counseling with clients and conducting hundreds of workshops and lectures around the world, I found that there is one thing that

heals every problem. And that is: to love yourself.
When people start to love themselves more each day, it’s amazing how their lives get better. They feel better and they are open to more opportunities.

They get the jobs they want. They have the money they need. Their relationships either improve, or the negative ones dissolve and new ones begin. It’s a

very simple premise—loving yourself.
I’ve been criticized for being too simplistic. However I have found that the simple things are usually the most profound and the simple things really work.
When a problem comes up, one of the best things you can do is say these positive affirmations:
All is well.
Everything is working out for my highest good.
Out of this experience only good will come.
I am safe.
When you these repeat them over and over, it will quiet your mind down long enough for the Universe to find a solution for the so-called problem. If you

say it enough times, it will become so.
Life will find miraculous ways to bring good to you.
